IDPH will be providing COVID vaccines at the
Evergreen Park Farmer’s Market
Thursday, September 23 from 10am – 12 noon.
First and second dose Pfizer and Moderna and single dose Johnson and Johnson vaccines will be available.
Registration suggested but not required for vaccine
