Women’s Self Defense with Member Amy Dequaine
Grab your daughter, grab your neighbor, sister, friend or mother! Join us for a Women’s Self Defense class on Sun., Sept. 26, and learn basic skills to protect yourself should you ever be in a threatening situation.
As women, and mothers, we are always on the go—hands full and not always paying attention to what’s going on around us. We will walk through scenarios and show you how to protect yourself!
Where: Academy of Self Defense, 3753 W. 95th St., Evergreen Park
When: Sunday, September 26, 2001 at 10:00 am
Cost: $20
